It seems like your PC is showing two separate Windows installations after a restart. This could be due to conflicting system files or a misconfiguration. Check your startup items, registry entries, and ensure all drivers are properly installed. The icons changing might indicate a mismatch between your hardware and the operating system. Review the installation logs and consider reinstalling the OS if needed.

No, you didn't install ArmouryCrate before rebooting.

The number of icons on your desktop doesn't automatically update with each reboot. It depends on how they're saved and managed.

Based on what you observe, an installer might have loaded onto your desktop. Checking Setup.exe could reveal the actual software being used.

The armory crate is set up, appearing as two distinct windows on my PC. They alternate once I restart the system. The first image I showed was one screen, but after rebooting, the other window appears. This happens whenever I power off and turn it back on. It seems like there are actually two windows installed and they switch between them after a reboot.

The setup.exe failed with a Realtek audio driver error. It's unclear if the steps were correct.

I understand. My computer isn't as tidy as I'd prefer. The reason is the frequent updates and changes to the operating system.
