Hello, I own a Razer Raiju Ultimate Gaming Controller used with my PC running Windows 11 Insider Edition. When I power it on, it functions perfectly. However, after leaving it off for a while to save battery, turning it back on causes a blue (or green) screen display. I checked that the Bluetooth dongle is connected via a USB hub and even moved it to the motherboard’s back, but the issue persists. The dongle and controller firmware have also been updated. Any suggestions for resolving this?

Update your post with complete hardware details and operating system information.
PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used).
Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, current usage percentage?
List all connected peripherals.
= = = =
I suspect a driver issue—consider reinstalling.
Check Device Manager for any error symbols.
Also review Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer for error codes, warnings, or events preceding crashes or controller issues.
