Hello,
I’m seeking some advice on where to post this question or which website/forum might be best. I’m unsure about the right platform or how to share my issue effectively. Any recommendations would be really helpful.

What seems a bit complicated, but I’ll try to clarify my point. I need a portion of the screen magnifier tool that lets me position it in a fixed spot on the screen and zoom in on the relevant area. Currently, Spotify updates often make it hard to see the song duration at the bottom, which is frustrating. I’d like a tiny magnifier box—perhaps about half an inch square—that only covers the time stamp.

As long as Spotify is open in full screen, the time stamp stays in the same place. If there’s a magnifier app that stays fixed over that area, it would be ideal.

Thanks,
Steve K.

Check if this works. It's available for free. Install it and right-click the icon in the tray, then select Dynamic mode. You can also press Ctrl+Alt+M to set the position. It comes in various sizes.

Thank you for the suggestion GardenMan. This is nearly what I needed, but still not exactly what I was after. I just want to position the magnifier in a fixed spot on the screen and have it magnify whatever is beneath it.

I also discovered another program that comes close, though it’s not quite right yet. It’s called Magnifying Glass Pro by WorkersCollection.com. The software is quite outdated. I haven’t been able to reach them yet.

You can find it here: http://www.workerscollection.com/wco...ml/mg_pro.html

Again, my thanks – very much appreciated,
Steve K.
