You're not really using those drives, so defragmenting them doesn't make much sense. For the ones you have in your system, Windows 10 should keep them in good shape. Third-party tools usually aren't necessary unless you have specific needs.

Defraggler performs quite slowly. All defragmentation utilities function this way—by repeatedly copying large amounts of data. I've been looking for a faster defragmentation program that utilizes more memory and reduces head movement, but haven't found one yet.
