Essentially the name. Activating above 4G decoding in the BIOS causes Windows to begin loading continuously, with the wheel spinning endlessly. Safe mode boots fine, but networking mode freezes at the logo without any wheel movement. The OS is installed on a GPT partition with UEFI activated. Turning it off restores normal operation. CPU: Ryzen 3 3100 MB, GPU: B450 Tomahawk Max, GPU: RX 5700XT W10 21H2

Checked disk integrity on C: drive and initiated a scan. Then ran the system file checker to verify files.
