Hello, I'm dealing with a challenging issue that's proving hard to resolve. My PC was assembled in August and has been experiencing this crash or freeze problem continuously. I attempted various fixes, but I chose to clean the drive and reinstall Windows today. I purchased a new USB for media creation, wiped the existing disk clean, and it still occurs. It mainly happens when playing videos from a player, not with browsers like Netflix or Disney. The video freezes completely after a few seconds, allowing me to move the mouse, but then I have to power off the machine. Occasionally it happens when the PC is idle, but mostly during video playback. It seems there might be a hardware issue now that the software is functional, but I'm unsure what to do next.

Specs:
Motherboard: Asus Rog Strix B550-F
CPU: Ryzen 5600x
GPU: Asus Dual RTX 3060 Ti
PSU: Asus Rog Strix 650 W 80+ Gold
RAM: Kingston Fury Beast 2x16 GB 3600 mhz
SSD: Samsung 970 Evo Plus 1 TB

I performed MEMTEST when I first began working on this issue and it succeeded. It was a while ago, but if you need me to do it again, I can.
