[Make sure you linked the relevant User Manual.]
Go through the entire User Manual carefully, paying attention to all details, clauses, restrictions, etc.
Uninstall, disconnect, and remove everything except the essential parts as recommended by @triplex1.
Verify all connections, cards, RAM, jumpers, and case links are secure and properly positioned.
Clear out any dust or debris.
Confirm all configuration settings are correct. Check for any issues related to expansion slots and M.2 (refer to Pages 1-7 and 1-8).
I have the exact motherboard I'm looking for. The physical User Manual came with it. It was prebuilt, so I expect it will work with the right cables. It performs well in cable management and everything else. It's from PC Specialist. I've doublechecked, but I can't start the computer without the integrated graphics card every time I need to connect my GPU. I'll try again using this manual now.
I unplugged everything and then plugged it back in again. Still no improvement. Occasionally it just restarts.
According to the manual, I used the incorrect slot for the RAM stick when only one was present. It didn’t really matter.
There wasn’t much debris or dust, but I cleaned it using the air pressure cleaning can.
Everything seemed connected properly except an audio plug wasn’t seated correctly. That could explain why my audio interface sometimes disconnected and needed to be plugged in and out again. But perhaps not always.
Is it correct that I don’t have the SATA AHCI mode for configuring RAID because the motherboard is new and expects SATA?
I now have about 0.5 seconds of this screen. I’m not sure if it provides useful information. Maybe the secure boot feature is enabled when I try to install Windows, even though it shouldn’t be active. Also, there’s no option in the UEFI, and I read that secure boot isn’t an issue during Windows installation today.

The issues still remain sadly. Nothing really changed.
Setting up windows on the NVMe drive on my other PC functions properly. However, when trying to install it on my new PC, it triggers an inaccessible BSOD. The stick with the Windows ISO has two partitions, but they don’t work either. I’m attempting to cleanly format it on the other PC and remove any RAID configuration there. I’m unsure what steps to take next.
