I'm experiencing the same problem with my MSI Tomahawk Z690 DDR4 CPU (Intel Core i5-13600K 32GB, 3600MHz). It frequently crashes or freezes for a couple of minutes. I've checked similar threads and noticed most users mention DDR4 and 13600K models. After turning off ITB, my CPU passes all tests but still struggles when ITB is active.
