When I power on my PC, it prompts an automatic repair and then displays a blue screen indicating failure. All troubleshooting steps either reset the system without fixing the issue or simply confirm it didn’t work. The day before this occurred, I purchased a Windows 10 home key from kinguin to activate my PC. Please let me know if that helps.

I can retrieve the STOP code from the blue screen to assist further.

I apologize, but I didn’t set up a backup. Could you tell me the stop code displayed? All the options on the blue screen suggest either restarting the PC without changes or indicating that the action failed. This causes it to restart and return to the same blue screen.

Have you experimented with a cold boot? It may seem unusual, but it can occasionally be beneficial.

It didn’t display the screen you mentioned; instead, it showed the blue error message about Automatic Repair.
