I'm struggling a lot right now. There were some slow moments and I reinstalled Windows, but after that I kept experiencing strange freezes—especially at night when a video plays and I fall asleep. At first I thought it was the browser, so I closed it and tried VLC, but the issue persisted. It seems to happen every few days, and before I reinstalled Windows, it lasted about a week. Recently I upgraded my graphics card to the 4070, and then it went from freezing to stable for ten to twelve days. I thought that resolved everything. Now I can play games, keep many tabs open, and it never freezes except for occasional loud noises from my AIO. It's been like this for a long time, and it still works fine otherwise. I ran diagnostics, checked storage, memory, registry, and even got suggestions from Reddit, but nothing fixed it. I'm wondering if the NVMe or RAM might be the problem, even though tests said everything was okay. I've updated drivers and BIOS after buying the card, and it ran smoothly for a couple of days. It's frustrating—I just want to find a solution, even if I replace only the necessary parts.

It seems you're asking if the system requires a full reset, like pressing the reset button or turning off the power supply, to get it working again. It appears this might be the situation, though I'm here to confirm.

It’s a situation where I can scroll and click around, but I can’t press the start button or perform a proper restart. I have to forcefully restart the PC using the button.

As mentioned earlier, the Windows reinstall never slowed down. It was running every few days until I added a 4070, after which it took about ten days.

It operates solely during nighttime and when a specific video plays. This behavior seems unusual. If you skip the video, does it continue malfunctioning during daytime hours?

It wasn't a particular video, at night I'll stream something on Peacock to let it run all evening. Or I'll shut down OperaGX and create a playlist using VLC. At first I assumed it was the browser, but it occurred without any open apps except VLC playing media. It usually starts within 1-2 hours after launching, but last night it happened after it had been running all night for about 7 hours. At around 5:30 am (roughly 7 hours later), it froze completely and I had to restart it when I woke up. After resetting, everything worked fine throughout the day, no matter what I was doing. It's quite an odd issue.
