Hello, your HP Omen 2020 has been upgraded with 16GB dual-channel RAM at 3200MHz. You're concerned about Windows not recognizing the manufacturer, even though the specs say it's detected as 15.4GB. The CPU Z shows the manufacturer name, which is normal. It’s not unusual for Windows to detect RAM based on speed and size, but authenticity can still be a concern if you’re unsure. Check the product packaging or contact HP support for confirmation. Let me know if you need further help!

It's typical for this to occur. Occasionally, even the CPU cannot determine the memory chip's manufacturer.
