In BIOS the fans operate at maximum speed during startup, then slow down until you reach the login screen. After that they return to full speed. This behavior seems unusual since I’m using an app called Fan Control to manage speeds. My system runs 10 LTSC and includes a RX 6900XT GPU paired with an NVENC 1660. I have a 5600, ROG Strix B550-A running BIOS 3404, plus a 32GB Trident Z DDR4-3600. I’m using Corsair fans via a splitter and deepcool units with separate PWM headers. A Deepcool AIO is installed, directing airflow through the radiator and out the top. DxDiag attached. DxDiag.txt

If the app fixed the problem, then it means the issue is resolved. When the machine isn’t getting too hot, the app adjusts the fan speed accordingly.
