Today I powered on my PC and saw this warning appear. Most Windows programs, like the Start menu, settings, and photo viewer, stopped working or crashed right away when I tried to open a photo. I’ve restarted the computer several times, tried safe mode, followed a guide to run "sfc /scannow" and "dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth," and turned off Cortana. I also removed the newest quality update, but not the latest feature update. None of these steps fixed the problem. Please let me know if you can help. Thank you ahead of time.
