You recently purchased a vintage gaming PC running an old Windows 98 system. Silpheed, a game that was installed on a DOS installation, accidentally damaged the hard drive access (perhaps due to improper setup). Now it starts up in Silpheed. To fix this, you’ll need to restore the original boot order or reinstall the OS properly.

For older versions of Windows, the best approach is to reinstall. Doing it more often usually works better.
