You can use a PCI network card compatible with Windows 98 1st Edition. Look for one that supports the required drivers for that version.

Well, I’m not stuck on Windows 98 anymore. My setup is a modern gaming PC. I own a machine from 1998 running Windows 98 just because it feels nostalgic.
