I watched that YouTube video about Windows 9 and the site you shared. I’m planning to give it a shot after saying farewell to Windows long ago. Recently, I installed Windows 8.1 on an old laptop (with the official license) using that Packard Bell hardware—something not everyone’s thing. After a short period of use, the PC became slower... and even more so. I turned to Linux ten years ago for a smoother experience, which had no such issues. Windows 9 still catches my eye. Do you know where I can purchase it? Thanks a lot, Bart.

Windows 9 isn't available for purchase. It's a customized version of Windows with many changes. The video shown is from about five years back. I highly suggest choosing Windows 10 instead.

Essentially, it's a modified version of Windows 8.1. For a contemporary feel, opt for Windows 10.

I rely solely on Windows 9 for my workstation. This isn’t the official version released by Microsoft. Securing a license can be challenging, but options like Kinguin might help.
