Your system partition was damaged. You're considering a full format before reinstalling Windows 8.1, but there are multiple partitions on your drive. It's important to understand which ones contain essential data before proceeding. Formatting the entire drive will erase everything, so double-check which partitions you want to keep. If you can't back up or restore anything, you may need to create a new partition from scratch.

Ensure all data is safely backed up before proceeding. You should be able to remove partitions without issues, though three may relate to system reserves and boot files. Others could involve manufacturer recovery tools. If possible, consider starting with the built-in System Recovery.

There are no more backups or recovery options available. I have a previous backup, but it won’t restore. I created a Windows 8.1 installation USB because I have the key for it. It came with my laptop. I plan to wipe all partitions on my hard drive and begin from scratch.
