When I start Windows, it hangs on the welcome screen for a while before showing the desktop, but nothing loads and everything feels very sluggish. It eventually freezes, leaving only the mouse functional. The second screen also fails to appear. A warning appears saying "Microsoft Windows have stopped responding."

Did you uninstall the previous chipset and GPU drivers? If they aren't functioning, attempt to fix the setup or perform a full reinstall.
