No, it doesn't look that way. The only drives available are Windows 8.1 and an OEM Windows 7.

Yes, Kaby works perfectly on Windows 8.1. The only BSOD examples I've encountered are the Jayz2cents video where he experiences a DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION error, which isn't related to the CPU being Kaby. This suggests a driver issue. It's unclear if he exaggerated the problem for views or if Microsoft was promoting it, but his claim linking his BSOD to Windows 8.1 is unfounded. Windows 10 also displays the same DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION screen.
