I attempted to run it but received the message "this update isn't applicable for your computer." Would you like me to delete the memory dump? Also, I removed the graphics card and sent it back to US EVGA RMA DPT for a warranty repair—could be the card itself. Additionally, I installed a new CPU fan (Noctua NF-B9 PWM), but the fan isn't spinning fast. I changed the bio setting from smart fan to full load, yet it still runs at the same speed.
