Hey everyone, when I try to open the store on Windows 8.1 it always takes a long time and shows a message saying I must first install the newest updates from Windows Update. Even after updating, it keeps appearing like I need more help. Thanks for your support!
Apply all updates and optional patches. Proceed with a safe boot and test it.
