So my computer has been functioning well after I started fixing the same issue again. The hard drive is at full capacity, and it crashes when I reach 100%. With Windows 7 it didn’t happen before, but now it’s happening again. I’ve turned off some settings, uninstalled Chrome, and tried Skype, but nothing helped. I really need assistance! If you can’t help, please make a video explaining this—I’m not alone, many friends have the same problem, and they keep formatting their PCs. I have a lot of games on my system and don’t want to waste time downloading 200-300 GB again. Please help me out!

Hi there! I'm here to help. Could you share the complete specifications of the machine? Also, do you have the most recent drivers ready, or were you unable to install them before it began crashing?

BITS was turned off because it has no connection to your hard drive performance.

Navigate to Performance and select Disk from the menu. Ensure you're on the correct page before proceeding.

Usually it's the system or the anti-malware program from Windows, but it keeps changing frequently.

I'd look into your hard drive's condition. I've seen cases where drives fail and cause the computer to pause while it tries to recover data. You can use Crystal Disk Info to check this—download it from the provided link if needed.

I can't provide a screen capture directly. Could you describe what you're looking for so I can help you find it?
