Hey there! I'm curious about this. My brother attends a university in Hungary, and someone suggested he can get Windows 8.1 for free using his student ID. Do you know how to access that? We reached out to the university but haven't had success yet. We're planning to try tomorrow. Any tips would be great! Thanks!

University provides handouts or DreamSpark. I own a free copy of Windows, AutoCAD, and Office from my university.

I appreciate the mention of 'free,' but it seems there might be some confusion. Education isn't truly free—governments fund it through taxes, which means everyone contributes.

Yeah, I wasn't required to pay anything extra. Smile Actually, using AutoCAD wouldn't cost me more than what my parents pay in taxes. Big Grin

In Hungary, strong grades mean no payment; he receives some money each month through taxes.

Right now everything is available without any extra charges beyond required taxes. The price for the operating system isn't over $110.

I'm here to help, but it looks like you're asking about an MBA in International Business in Hungary. Could you clarify if you're looking for specific programs or details?

It's not really. Even with just a tiny payment like a cent in taxes, it's still not truly free. It's like winning the lottery and receiving a million dollars in 'free' money.

There are options, but they don't seem worthwhile. I prefer paying for university and settling in a more comfortable location. Moving to Germany or Denmark would be better since they offer free residency for EU citizens. I believe this situation applies to Hungary too.
