The account picture limits are 5mb with a suggested size of 448x448. Have you encountered any issues after updating? Please check the system and application logs in the Event Viewer. There could be a problem related to the C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Systemdata directory. Additional details would be useful.

Some users on non-tablet devices rely on the lockscreen, but you’ve turned it off and now the system starts directly from the home screen.
