Hello! Your games seem to struggle with low frame rates on Windows 8.1, especially after a while. For instance, restarting your PC and launching CS:GO shows 300fps capped, then freezing to around 32fps or Payday 2 drops to just 7fps across all settings. Your system specs include an Intel i7 4770K at 4.4GHz, MSI Z87 Mpower, Corsair Vengeance 8GB, and a GeForce 9800GT. You mainly use it for rendering but occasionally play CS:GO. No throttling is applied to the Noctua D14.

It’s not likely I can assist much, but I truly believe it’s time to upgrade your GPU.

I understand your GPU isn’t powerful enough. Despite playing those games smoothly on Windows 7, running the latest version with high settings has dropped to just a few frames.
