Purchased it yesterday for $24. Verified my key is a genuine OEM key, not an MSDN or Technet version.

I didn’t use it and handed it over to a friend. It seemed Microsoft rejected it, which was frustrating. Just remember to purchase it with the Shield protection feature for extra security. Luckily, I managed to get a refund.

Check the key type by examining its format and source. Retail keys usually have a simple pattern, OEM keys often include manufacturer identifiers, MSDN/Technet keys follow a structured naming convention, and MSDNAA keys are typically longer with specific prefixes.

The PID checker was used. In the description or key type, OEM, Retail, MSDN, etc., should appear somewhere in the text.

I’ll keep an eye on this next time. Should I remove the post? What if I took out the link?
