I just set up my PC and everything works fine, but the screen size feels reduced. With a 23-inch monitor, it looks like the display is smaller than expected—around 22 or 21 inches. How can I adjust it to show the full screen?

No, I didn't make any changes to the monitor settings.

Initially, the system displayed a full 23-inch display, but once the graphics card installation was complete, the screen changed.

What is the card? Obtain the newest driver for the card by downloading it directly instead of using the CD. Consider tweaking the screen settings in Windows (or your operating system).

In the AMD or NVIDIA control panel, locate the overscan feature. Move the slider until it reaches the top of your screen and press apply.

The resolution could have been updated. Navigate to settings and adjust display options. Verify the changes.

It seems you're likely connecting via VGA or HDMI. Check the Nvidia or AMD control panel for underscan or overscan options and experiment with them. HDMI settings can be inconsistent, so verify the resolution is correct. For VGA, adjust the resolution in Windows' screen settings. If using native resolution, use the monitor's "Auto-Adjust" feature. DVI or DisplayPort are generally more reliable if possible.

I'm using HDMI, and I stumbled upon what you mentioned by chance, haha. Thanks to everyone for your assistance!
