Hello there! I noticed your Windows 8.1 is having some issues lately. At first it worked well, but now you're getting random pop-up messages saying the system isn't activated. I encountered an issue on Windows 7; I'm unsure if it will function on 8.1 but you can give it a try. Launch CMD with admin rights, enter SLMGR -REARM, press ENTER, and it should prompt for a reboot before working.

Yes, you can do that, but it will repeat each month. Just ensure it follows the necessary rules.
