Your screen suddenly turns black or freezes, especially on your gaming PC. Check for overheating, faulty components, or driver issues. Restart your system, update drivers, and ensure proper cooling. If the problem persists, consult a technician.

We need additional context to understand what’s happening. Please clarify the situation: how often does this occur—occasionally, rarely, or frequently? Is it a one-time event or part of a pattern? Any other details you can provide will help us narrow down the cause and guide the next steps. Once we have more information, we’ll update everything accordingly and address the root issue if needed.

It's happening unexpectedly sometimes while watching videos or playing games. I've noticed it around 4 or 5 times today (April 13, 2014). After updating everything, it still occurs. I've also checked antivirus and anti-spy/malware tools.

He had an issue before... it seemed the hot air from his GPU was entering the PSU, causing it to overheat and change color unpredictably. He flipped the PSU so the fan could circulate air through the bottom of the case. Would that help? Also, make sure you list all your specifications.

I realized I was missing something... My PSU has consistently struggled, and with nine extra fans, there should be ample airflow.

Certainly, we can eliminate cooling as a concern!
