It really doesn't matter, just try 10 since you can now play any games on dx12. 10

For gaming it doesn't matter much. It depends on the UI you prefer more, I tend to like Windows 10.

It doesn't matter which option you select (Windows 10 is ideal, as it outperforms Windows 8). It's Windows—it will surpass anything else that isn't, except Mac OS X.
