It's resolved. SFC/scannow worked at 95%.

I would initially mention SFC/scannow, but you've already completed that. Based on the screenshot, it seems another monitor might be detected for a reason or another. Review Control Panel → All Control Panel Items → Display → Screen Resolution to confirm only one screen is present. (long shot)
