Guys I have had a mare and now my hdd is not showing up in windows 8 plus there is a 50 gb reserve coming up on my ssd ?!! I was wondering is there is anyway that I can do a brand new fresh install like when u first installed an OS onto my PC when I built it. However for some reason my ssd is not letting me select it as a bootable drive in my bios ?

You can start from the DVD reader and format the drives during the setup in Windows, but I’m uncertain about your SSD issue!

You can start from the Windows installation disc and format the HDD using the tools in Windows Setup, but I’m still unsure about the issue with your SSD!

If you understand what I mean, performing a full clean install will erase all data on the drive, requiring formatting.
