I used my computer last night before turning it off to sleep. When I powered it back on, it attempted to connect automatically to the WiFi but displayed 'limited access.' I've tried switching both the router and my PC off and then trying again, but it still doesn't work. Any assistance would be very helpful.

I forgot the Wi-Fi and then reconnected. That happened before, especially with school networks.

Have you checked if using a wired connection worked?

Consider adjusting the static IP configuration.

Verify your DNS settings are configured via DHCP. I switched to a different DNS server for my home connection, then using a hotspot consistently lost internet access. It took a moment to figure it out.

It functions well with all my other gadgets such as phone and ipad. However, it doesn't work on my pc. I changed the router settings and still no improvement.
