When I first set up my computer, I had both SSD and HD connected, and I believe Windows hides some files on the HD. I've tried booting from just the SSD or just the HD, but it only works with both connected. How can I access all the OS on my SSD? Thank you for your help.

Reinstall Windows 7 after disconnecting your HDD. After setup, reconnect it and consider partitioning later. (The HDD was involved.) I’m not sure why this happened initially. This is something I’ve only heard about before.

Ya, this is an annoying thing that Windows does when more than one harddrive is connected. To install it all on your SSD re-install Windows on to your SSD with every other drive unplugged (So just the SSD plugged in) and then plug in your HDD after it is installed.

I've set up numerous times (just like everyone else) using several drives, but never experienced these issues. Odd... Yet, once a single drive was installed, I'd install Windows and then connect the rest later.

Yeah, I get it. That was my take... All these builds and it never happened to me. Still, I wasn't surprised—Windows is the topic here. Good luck, Zook!
