Hi, I see the issue. You're using an HP 250 G6 laptop and trying to install Windows 7 in either 32-bit or 64-bit mode. The problem seems to be that the Windows installation is failing after loading files, then it freezes and shows a black screen with just the cursor. It looks like the main Windows isn't working properly. You might want to try a clean installation or check your system requirements carefully.

Once the files are installed and the system restarts, take out the installation media—this could cause issues if you're using a USB instead of a CD.

If the installation is UEFI, check if your media is in GPT for UEFI, if your BIOS is configured to boot from an UEFI device, and whether your hard drive has a GPT-ready setup. For legacy installs, verify that your installation media is MBR-based for Legacy boot, if your BIOS supports booting in Legacy mode, and if the hard drive's MBR is properly prepared. If your Windows 10 laptop is being upgraded to Windows 7, you'll need to switch your BIOS to Legacy mode and format the drive using the MBR format.
