the hard drive on my laptop stopped working, but I already know how to create an iso because the operating system was preinstalled. I contacted the manufacturer, but since they’re not covered under warranty, they’re asking for $40. Because Microsoft no longer offers replacements, I’m unsure what to do next. I still have the product key.
