It seems unusual for this to happen, but it appears to be functioning again. Could your hard drive be experiencing issues?

Attempt to enter safe mode and restart. If it runs quicker, a program or driver might be the cause; if identical, it could indicate a hardware problem.

In safe mode, the graphics card isn't loading and the main display isn't working properly. The resolution appears to be incorrect.

I restarted in standard mode, but logging in still felt slow. (Much faster than the initial green screen period.)

In standard operation all functions operate extremely slowly. It's back to regular functioning now.

It’s typical in safe mode where only basic functions run without graphics cards. Likely the problem is with outdated software or drivers. Your drivers are current?

All my drivers are current, and I reset my GPU clock speed to its standard value just to confirm (green screen).
