Hey there! It sounds like you're facing a tricky situation. Since your mom lost the Windows 7 password and doesn't have the disk, here are some steps you can try:

1. **Check for Recovery Options** – See if your computer has any recovery tools or setup options that might help restore the OS.
2. **Use a USB Recovery Drive** – If you have a blank USB drive, you can boot from it to access Windows recovery settings.
3. **Contact Support** – Reach out to Microsoft support or your mom’s IT department for guidance.
4. **Backup Data** – If possible, back up important files before making any changes.

Let me know what you find, and I’ll help further!

I think there's some USB stick you can buy that can strip passwords off of Windows computers? I believe Linus has a video on it called like HACK INTO ANY WINDOWS PC IN 3 MINUTES or something absurd and clickbaity like that.

Hireen's boot CD. Get it, save it, load it onto a drive or USB, then start the PC from there. http://www.hirensbootcd.org/resetting-windows-password/

You may use Offline NT Password & Registry Editor or Ophcrack. You can save the ISO to a USB drive with the free bootable creator Rufus: http://www.top-password.com/knowledge/re...-disk.html https://rufus.akeo.ie This method functions across all Windows versions from NT onwards.
