The issue is that no drivers appear at all when I press OK. It seems the system isn't recognizing any drivers at all.
Your setup is built for Windows 8 and 10. Windows 7 lacks full UEFI compatibility compared to Windows 8. If you don’t have a BIOS emulation mode in the UEFI settings, it might lead to boot failures.
