Hello, I see you're dealing with a RAM issue. Your system has 8GB of RAM installed, but Windows only sees 4GB. The 64-bit Ultimate version is running, and your BIOS confirms the correct amount, though it doesn't appear to work. You're using Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz on an MSI-970A-G46 AM3+ board, which has worked well so far. Can you clarify if the RAM is recognized by Windows or if there are any error messages?

One slot or one stick could be faulty.

I attempted that, but it didn't address the issue.

Yes, you tested each stick individually.

I also performed the test in another system and everything functioned correctly. I even reset the BIOS to check.

I attempted that now, but the computer reports 8,00GB of RAM installed while only 3.95GB is available. I just have one comment for this issue: "Im gonna get a Mac"

Are your BIOS/UEFI settings current? After adding more RAM to your system, Windows reported only 8 GB was available, but CPU-Z indicated 16 GB. Updating your UEFI resolved the issue.
