Windows 7 isn't compatible with that device. The main concern is security, and the manufacturer hasn't provided updates for more than a year. If you must use Windows 7, would you be able to install it in a virtual machine?

a) Not applicable
b) The issue is significant because, as the Electronics Wizardy mentioned, it represents a major security concern.

You'll soon face serious issues such as missing USB or storage controller drivers. For non-mobile setups, you can add a compatible USB or storage controller into your expansion slots (likely PCI Express), and the same applies to sound. Integrated graphics are probably unnecessary. These are just a few examples I've considered at first. It will require a lot of trial and error.

Without a suitable driver, Windows 7 won't recognize the USB lanes on the CPU, but it should still work via the PCI-E bus or chipset. It supports SATA natively and has updates for NVME as well, so storage issues should be minimal if you have the latest patches. The sound controller matters; most support Windows 7, though some may cause installation difficulties. You can also leverage your GPU as a sound card in extreme cases, but driver problems might arise.

It looks like you're frustrated with the content. A GPU without drivers isn't useful, and you're just pointing out the obvious.
