Windows 7: Internet Explorer encountered update failure error 9C59
I was looking for a way to ensure these updates function properly. My employer uses Internet Explorer, which means other browsers aren't an option. I have hundreds of computers to upgrade from IE 8 to 11, but some keep showing the 9C59 error repeatedly. I tried using the offline installer, but it reported that Windows Explorer was blocking the process. I'm not sure what that means or how to fix it. Thanks ahead of time.
