I believe it resolved the issue. I installed the driver manually by selecting the inf file in Device Manager. The PCI controller disappeared from "Other devices," but the USB Controller (PCIVEN_8086&DEV_5AA8&SUBSYS_380117AA&REV_0B) remained visible (see attached image). The mouse is still not working properly and USB sticks aren't being recognized.

Check the chipset driver package at the provided link. Likely you should first uninstall the devices and then delete any driver files that appear during installation.

I managed to set up the program using the executable file, but the issue persists in the Device Manager.
