Hello, I'm on Windows 7 Ultimate with 8 GB RAM. The system usually uses around 3 GB even when nothing is running. Recently, it starts using memory even when idle and shows low memory warnings during video editing or gaming. I don't know what's causing this issue. My computer was fast when it first came out but now it's not. :angry:

I understand your situation with the PC. It seems there was confusion about the number of active processes, and you successfully lowered the usage to 2GB by turning off unnecessary background tasks.
