Windows 7 fails to recognize Ethernet connections
I recently moved my PC from Windows 10 to Windows 7. After installation and the desktop loaded, the Ethernet connection failed to appear. When I accessed network settings, sharing options, and checked adapter details, the screen went blank and nothing loaded (images attached). I restarted the computer multiple times and even reinstalled Windows, but it still doesn’t show up in the menu. The system works normally otherwise, but it runs slow at startup. Please let me know if you need more information—I’m ready to help.
It seems no drivers are currently set up. The graphics driver isn’t present because Aero isn’t activated.
