I received a fresh PC today and tried to set up Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. The installation started fine from the USB drive until it reached the part where new files were extracted. On the first attempt, the BootMgr didn’t appear, so I pressed Ctrl+Alt+Del to boot manually. After that, the computer restarted and began over from scratch. Please assist me.

Regarding the extraction section, does your computer require a restart? If yes, disconnect the USB before it powers off since I encounter the same issue when starting up with the USB connected. Otherwise, if the PC doesn’t need a reboot, try reinstalling the USB drive or inspect your HDD for bad sectors.
