It doesn't function properly for me either, but I found a solution from another site that works for me. The Nyancat progress bar remains functional only when it copies files.

It's frustrating trying to figure out why it keeps showing up unexpectedly. Maybe it's related to Windows 10, and adjusting a sound setting helped temporarily.
