I ran a tool named Windows7BootUpdater to update my boot logo. After applying and restarting, I encountered a black screen until the system fully booted. A file named bootmgr was created in C:/ but I can't delete it myself. I moved it to the desktop and replaced it with another file generated by the tool, then restarted the computer. The black screen persisted, and even after deleting the original file from the desktop, the replacement one remained intact. I attempted to adjust its permissions so I could remove it, but I lack the necessary rights. I'm seeking help to resolve both issues.

The issue is straightforward. Unplug the second screen during startup and reconnect it. Once done a few times, it should function normally until both monitors are disconnected. If that fails, check which port your GPU recognizes first—typically Display port → DVI1 → DVI2 → HDMI—and test those connections.
