I possess a vintage laptop and chose to set up Windows 10. It performs poorly but still functions, though it’s not ideal. I aim to dual boot Windows 7 alongside it. If I had divided the C drive in half using Windows 10 Disk Management and placed Windows 7 in the empty space, would that be feasible? Would there be any issues launching the setup process with Windows 10? I have the ISO ready, and many guides suggest starting Windows 7 first before installing Windows 10 in that partition. I'm attempting to set it up now. I've linked an article I've been reviewing for this purpose. However, there seems to be a compatibility concern regarding hardware. If your system meets the requirements, you should follow the guide and likely won't face major issues. I'm encountering errors when installing on UEFI and need to figure out how to resolve them.
