Reactivate the GPO that you previously disabled using gpedit. Then launch the System window. In the side columns, choose "System protection." A panel will appear. Pick your C:\ drive, then click Configure, select Delete, and choose "Disable system protection." Confirm by clicking OK and restart your computer. Be aware that after this action, you won’t be able to restore files, folders, or drives, nor can you revert the system after issues like a failed Windows Update or driver problems. Retrieve your Windows 7 disk format and reinstall the operating system.
